Data and purposes
We process account/contact details, sign-in identifiers, product ideas, uploaded images and video frames, machine settings, plans, generated files, orders and payment status to provide the service. Shipping details are collected for physical orders. Stripe processes card details; we do not store card numbers.
Legal bases
Account, generation and order processing are necessary to perform our contract. Accounting records are retained to meet legal obligations. Security logging and preventing abuse of the free test rely on our legitimate interests and may include hashed IP addresses, email and device identifiers. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Providers and transfers
OpenAI provides AI generation, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers transactional email. Hosting, database and application-operation providers may also process data needed to operate the service. Ideas, attached content and plan information are sent to the AI provider for generation. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; contact us for details of the applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention
We retain saved projects and account information to provide the service until deletion is requested or the information is no longer needed. Deletion requests are handled individually. Transaction and accounting records must be kept for the periods required by applicable Romanian law; disputes or security incidents may justify additional retention.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary sign-in/security cookies and local storage to recover work and resume after sign-in. A hash of browser/device characteristics helps prevent abuse of the free test. The application does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the address above; we normally respond within one month. You may complain to Romania’s ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or your local supervisory authority. Do not upload another person’s personal or confidential information without appropriate authority.
