The paid public test
WabyMake provides AI-generated visual concepts, manufacturing plans, part models, bills of materials and the digital files listed in your order. This is a service under testing: generation may fail and take several minutes. A digital package contains no physical goods. Physical delivery is included only in an explicitly selected and confirmed package.
Prices and payment
Your order summary shows the selected package, part fees, delivery charge and any subscription. Prices are in USD; Stripe shows the final payable total before payment. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are charged for a full year upfront and renew until cancelled. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Manage subscriptions and provider invoices through the billing portal linked from your account, or contact support.
Delivery and withdrawal
Digital fulfillment and service performance begin after successful payment and your express request. Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content, this right is lost only when supply begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. For services it is lost only once fully performed; if you withdraw earlier, a proportionate charge for services already performed at your express request may apply. Digital consent does not waive rights concerning physical goods. To withdraw, send your name, order reference, contract date and an unambiguous withdrawal statement to our contact address.
Failures and refunds
Contact us if delivery fails or content is faulty. Applicable consumer law may entitle you to correction, proper performance, a price reduction or a refund. Mandatory conformity guarantees and other consumer rights remain unaffected.
Responsible use
The system treats supplied machine limits as manufacturing constraints. You must enter actual usable dimensions and verify machine/material compatibility and safe manufacturing. Generated designs are not engineering certification: inspect geometry, fits and load-bearing suitability before manufacture. Obtain qualified review for safety-critical applications.
Content and rights
You must have the necessary rights to uploaded content. We may use it to provide the service. To the extent we can grant rights, you may use and modify paid outputs; we do not guarantee uniqueness or freedom from third-party rights. Unlawful use and bypassing security restrictions are prohibited.

For support, complaints or withdrawal, email support@wabymade.live. Romanian law applies without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. These terms do not limit mandatory legal liability or your right to bring proceedings. The terms in force when you purchase apply to that order.
